Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor from Iceland . Her most well-known role is Hannah who she played in Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) as well as her character of Jane Seymour in the TV show The Tudors. Briem began her professional career as an actress at National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. Her first stage performance was as a child in Iceland as she appeared in TV and radio plays. Briem moved from Iceland to London at 16 years old when he was part of a stage show called Lenin's Love. She started her career as a child artist in the television show Ishaan which was telecast on Disney Channel India. She first made a film appearance in Shuja Ali's film Baat the Bannyai.
